Lippo
China Resources Limited (the "Company", stock code: 156) is a
company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the
"Stock Exchange"), with net asset value of the Group amounted to
HK$4.4 billion as at 31st December, 2011. It is
a member of the Lippo group of companies and is a subsidiary
of Lippo Limited (stock code: 226) and a fellow subsidiary of
Hongkong Chinese Limited (stock code: 655), all of which are
companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The Company is also
the single largest shareholder of Auric Pacific Group Limited
("Auric") which in turn is the holding company of Food Junction Holdings Limited ("Food Junction").
Both Auric and Food Junction are incorporated in Singapore and their shares are listed on
the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The principal activity of the Company is
investment holding. Its subsidiaries, associates and jointly
controlled entities are principally engaged in investment
holding, property investment, property development,
food business,
property management, mineral exploration, securities investment, treasury investment, money lending, banking and other related financial services.
